Her career has bridged luxury fashion with iconic brands like Bulgari (LVMH Group) and high-stakes healthcare. Seemingly different worlds united by one non-negotiable: the caliber of people determines everything.

While she's built complete HR ecosystems throughout her career, one thing became undeniable: recruitment was her secret weapon, and long-term relationship building was her passion. Where others saw it as a function, she saw it as an art, consistently delivering results that moved the business forward.

Megan found her calling in healthcare as founding HR executive at a leading oral surgery practice, where she built the HR function from scratch and scaled the practice from 3 to 11 locations, earning Best Place to Work recognition in NJ. When the practice secured private equity investment, she built a comprehensive surgeon recruitment engine from the ground up that powered its evolution into a thriving multi-state DSO with over 40 locations across 5 states.

After years of in-house recruitment, Megan recognized the market's fundamental flaw: the best opportunities and the best candidates never find each other through public channels.
